Let us help you reach your food goals with a customized meal plan! Let us shop,
plan, prep, cook, and clean for you! We have a 3-day and 6-day option to meet your lifestyle
needs. Each day includes a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snacks. Pick up fresh food once a
week for a 3-day plan or twice a week for a 6-day plan.
3-day – Small Portions ($85), Large Portions ($95)
6-day – Small Portions ($170), Large Portions ($190)

At Maize Perfect Plate Pick-ups are Tuesday 4-7 and Friday 4-7
At Garvey (Downtown) Perfect Plate Pick-ups are Wednesdays 11-4 and Satrudays 11-3
At The COOP in Derby we also have a fridge with meals and meal-plan pick-ups!

When you fill out our customer profile it gives us the info we need to meet your prefernces or dietary restrictions easily.
Perfect Plate is 100% gluten-free but we
also prepare meals that are free of soy, dairy, nuts, and more! Our meals are high protein, moderate carb, moderate fat, and low sodium so you arent consuming highly processed fats, salt, and oils that will make you feel sluggish and tired. Call our Maize store to fill out a personalized customer profile with one of our trained staff today!

Our owner Kira is intimatily involved with the meal prep process and makes sure that each customers specifications are met.
